Chance 2 times first I purchased the black one last year and I put it in my dryer and it shrunk I was disappointed because I love how it looked I decided to give it another try and re bought it only this time in the hot pink color and this time i hand washed and let it air dry and it still shrunk I reached out to them In an email and I never got a respond back, I still buy from them but horrible customer service
